Epoxy laminating resin systems consist of both unfilled materials and filled products that are intended for use with reinforcing fabrics to construct high performance composite tooling and prototype and/or production parts. The pertinent handling and cured properties of these systems are listed below to aid in selecting the right material for your application.The products listed in this section are designed to be used in normal ambient temperature applications where no external heat is applied.

Product Description
PT2050
Medium viscosity, unfilled, light amber laminating resin that is designed for structural and production applications. It has excellent wet-out of fiberglass, carbon and aramid fibers, and has very good cured properties.
PT2080
An unfilled epoxy laminating system that has been designed for, and is ideally suited to, the production of a variety of components and production parts. The mixed viscosity of the system is sufficiently low to allow quick wet-out of the reinforcing fabric, for rapid production of the parts. The cured material exhibits toughness and durability for long service life. PT2080 is an excellent choice when you need ease of use and long term stability.
PT2114
White filled laminating system with easy handling characteristics for durable stable tooling. It has minimum drain on vertical and contoured surfaces.
PT2125
White filled laminating system with easy handling characteristics for durable stable tooling. It has minimum drain on vertical and contoured surfaces.
PT2179
White filled laminating system with easy handling characteristics for durable stable tooling. It has minimum drain on vertical and contoured surfaces.
PT2254
A medium viscosity unfilled epoxy laminating system designed for the economical fabrication of tooling, fixtures or structures that will be used in room temperature applications. Cured items made with PT2254 are tough and durable, and will give long dependable service in a variety of demanding applications.
PT2475
A filled, off-white epoxy laminating system designed for use in constructing fire retardant laminates for parts or reinforcements. PT2475 meets the requirements of the FAR 25.853 Specification.
PT2752
A high strength toughened epoxy system that is an ideal material for the production of very durable parts and structures which possess very high cured properties. With a low mixed viscosity, it is well suited to the resin infusion process, where it flows readily into the reinforcing fabric. It also performs very well in traditional hand lay-up operations and proves to be a quite versatile material for producing all types of parts and structures
