| 75 D | REPLICAST 112 | A three component system consisting of a fast-setting resin and hardener and a non-metallic bulk filler. The user can adjust the finished casting properties by varying the amount of bulk filler incorporated into the mix. | 100:100 By Volume Resin:Hdnr Plus Filler | 10-12 min | 1500-4000 cps** | 2900-4900 psi** | 6000-7600 psi** | 5700-8000 psi** | REPLICAST 112 |
83 D 84 D | REBLICAST 609 REPLICAST 612 | The REPLICAST 600 Series is a line of highly filler fast setting urethane tooling compounds. They have low shrinkage and good cured stability for a wide variety of general purpose industrial tooling applications. REPLICAST 609 has a faster setting time, and castings can be demolded a little sooner than with REPLICAST 612. REPLICAST 612 should be used for larger castings, and when the lowest shrinkage is required. | 100 : 100 100 : 100 | 6 min. 10 min. | 2600 cps 2600 cps | 3030 psi 4500 psi | 6230 psi 6900 psi | 9700 psi 9100 psi | REPLICAST 609 REPLICAST 612 |
